Residents welcomed at Regenda’s new Merseyside Headquarters

Merseyside residents have attended a special Open Day to visit Regenda’s new Merseyside Headquarters.

The group – which owns and manages more than 13, 000 homes across the region, including over 4,000 in Merseyside – has recently moved into new 2,000 sq ft office space on the Liverpool Innovation Park on Edge Lane.

Residents were invited to attend the special event to find out more about the new offices and to meet some of the staff who will be based there.

Stephanie Harrison, Regenda Executive Director, said: “We were delighted to welcome local people to Liverpool Innovation Park, and tell them a little bit more about our work in and commitment to the Merseyside area. The new offices are close to the city centre, making them more accessible than our previous home in Speke, and also allow staff to operate in a more flexible way that responds to the needs of our residents in the area.”

Kristin Barker, Anfield resident, said: “The offices are very impressive. It’s great to get the chance to come and meet other residents, get some helpful advice and to have a chat with Regenda staff.”

Residents at the event were offered energy saving and fire safety advice as well as finding out more about Regenda’s commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of its residents.

Regenda was previously located at the Match Works in Speke. The new offices will enable staff to spend more time on their ‘patch’ in the community, and will be complemented by neighbourhood bases in Newton-le-Willows and Wirral.
