MyLinqs Makes The News In Blackpool
Mylinqs has made the news again in Lancashire, this time in the Blackpool Gazette.
The article which was released today featured The Regenda Group’s Welbeck House in Fleetwood, Lancashire.
Silver surfers at Welbeck have taken to the Internet for the first time through Mylinqs. The project gave them the chance to learn about a variety of online services from the comfort of their lounge.
Andy Carberry, head of Idependant Living at Regenda said: “It’s about independence and enjoying the fun things in life.”
“We’ve spent a long time reviewing our services for older people to live their life as they choose.”
Mylinqs is part of The Regenda Group’s newly launched Independent Living programme, which is about supporting older people and being there when we need to be so they can follow their daily routines and continue to enjoy their social interests.
