
Liverpool Innovation Park occupiers nominated for prestigious industry awards
Two LIP occupiers have been nominated for prestigious awards in their sectors.
Very PC has been nominated for Hardware Product of the Year at the Green IT Awards for the next generation BroadLeaf One. Specialists in developing high-performance, environmentally friendly computers, this particular model has a total of just 353kg Co2 emissions over a five year lifecycle.
Now in its fourth year, the Green IT Awards showcases and rewards the technology, tools and solutions, as well as the companies and organisations, that have made a significant contribution to improving the IT industry’s environmental performance.
Aimes Grid Services has also been nominated for an award, having been shortlisted for Private Sector Datacentre Project of the Year at The Datacentre Solutions (DCS) Awards 2013. These awards reward the products, projects, companies and services operating in data centre fields, recognising the achievements of end-users, channel partners and vendors alike.
