Merseyside Innovation Awards Finalists Include HRS Ltd
The Awards were set up to recognize the use of innovation to boost commercial growth and profitability with a prize package worth £14,000.
This year’s Innovation search started in January, with Weir & Carmichael, Nurock, Human Recognition Systems and Keep The Cash being announced as contenders.
Founded in 2002 by Neil Norman, HRS Ltd develops systems that can recognise people by scanning their eyes or hands. It has also designed products that can recognise individual faces as people pass through buildings.
The final will take place on 7 July at the Crowne Plaza in Liverpool.
