Provident Financial Management Services Limited has taken 2, 941 sq ft at Maxwell House Business Centre at Liverpool Innovation Park on a five year lease.
In addition to the 23 permanent on-site employees, Maxwell House will also become a local hub for approximately 80 Provident agents who will meet there regularly.
Graham Leigh, property manager at Provident, said: “Liverpool Innovation Park is the perfect location for our business. It is highly accessible by car and public transport, which was a big tick in the box for us when we were looking to relocate. The space at Maxwell House is also of a really high standard and we are very much enjoying being at the Park.”
Emily Armstrong, regional manager at Ashtenne/Space Northwest, said: “The fact that Provident has chosen to relocate to the Innovation Park is fantastic and it also means that the 5,000 sq ft Maxwell House is now fully let. We believe that this is testament to high quality space available at the Park and flexibility that we can offer in terms of the range of sizes of suites available, to suit a variety of businesses.”
Liverpool Innovation Park is part funded by the European Regional Development Agency (ERDF). For more information about the Park visit www.liverpoolinnovationpark.com
