Human Recognition Systems’ Graduates Chosen to Launch New Media Age 'Favourite Apps'

Charlotte Kelsey, a business analyst and one of the first graduates on the HRS graduate programme, (which launched in September 2010), selected her favourite Blackberry and iPod applications with other graduates and fans of the New Media Age website.

“I use apps that are useful to me and help me out with things that I enjoy doing on a daily basis,” said Charlotte, who studied Interactive System Design at the University of Manchester.

“I've been using the running application only since I started training for a marathon, so that's more of an application for the moment. However, I use the budget application every week and will continue to do so because it's handy for my every day life.

“The grad section on NMA is a great place to mine for information so I was really pleased to be selected to help them launch a section that would really appeal to people like me.”

HRS' graduate scheme is also running in 2011 and will start in early September.  There will be two graduate programmes: two places on 'business' for those interested in project management, sales and marketing and other areas of business and two places again on the 'technical programme' for those with a real passion for software development and technology.

Recruitment for the graduate trainee programme has now closed but anyone wanting to find out more about working with HRS can find information here. Similarly, graduates looking for right up-to-date, topical information about the digital industry can go here.
