Ben Dunne Gyms is opening at Innovation Park in September. This is Ben Dunne Gyms second gym in Liverpool, its first branch opened in August 2011 in Switch Island Leisure and Retail Park.

The new gym at Liverpool Innovation Park will carry an extensive range of equipment including cardiovascular, resistance, freeweights, large stretching area and a large studio.

Ben Dunne Gyms will be offering classes including Spinning, Pilates, Bootcamp, Zumba, Aerobics and all classes will be FREE.

Ben Dunne of Ben Dunne Gyms, said: “Liverpool Innovation Park is the perfect location for us. With a floor space of 18,000 sq ft and free onsite parking, we will have plenty of room to provide a full range of free weights, cardiovascular machines and strength training facilities. It will also have a super studio with a full range of free classes running morning, lunchtime and evenings.
