Ashtenne/Space Northwest Team Expands

Ashtenne/Space Northwest has expanded its team further with the appointment of Sarah Williams as asset manager.

Sarah joins the team from Spencer Holdings where she was asset manager for two years before the company was purchased by Hansteen in December 2011. Sarah continued to work for Hansteen for a further four months before leaving the company and moving on to Ashtenne/Space Northwest.

Sarah will take on an all-encompassing asset management role, including lettings, sales and marketing, landlord and tenant work and assisting in the daily management of the Ashtenne/Space Northwest portfolio in the North West. Sarah will be based in the company’s Liverpool Innovation Park office and will be working with regional manager, Emily Armstrong.

Emily said of Sarah’s appointment: “We are very pleased to welcome Sarah to the team at what is a very busy time for us in the North West. Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience in asset management and many contacts in the North West property market.”

Sarah said of her new role: “Becoming an asset manager at Ashtenne/Space Northwest is a fantastic opportunity for me to maximize on the experience that I have gained over the last two and a half years. I am enjoying taking on this new challenge, which I hope will make a significant contribution to the North West asset management team at Ashtenne/Space Northwest.”
