Meeting and training rooms

LIP offers a range of Wifi-enabled meeting facilities.

 These currently include:

• Semi Private Meeting Pods in main reception capable of seating up to 6 people.
• Meeting Room 1 is a board room for up to 14 people. 
• Meeting Room 2 seats 4 people.
• Maxwell House Conference Suite comprises 3 flexible rooms suitable for board-style, lecture theatre, & cabaret configurations for up to 80 table suitable for up to 18 people.*
• Baird House Board Room is a board room capable of seating up to 12 people.
• Meeting Room 6 has board table for 14 and will accomodate up to 16 people in lecture theatre style.

Details of reduced rates for tenant companies are available on request fron Reception.

Larger spaces are available for events subject to availability and negotiation. Broadband, projectors, and flipcharts are available can be pre-booked. For catering we recommend that you use www.beancoffee.co.uk

* Chair hire charges apply to meetings larger than 18 people.
