Landscaped grounds

LIP's built environment is surrounded by landscaped grounds and encloses a series of inspiring gardens that enhance the working environment and are perfect as a lunch time retreat.

These peaceful gardens are home to a number of stocked ponds, fountains, flora, and wildlife with whom staff are able to relax and unwind away from the office. 

The central gardens will soon be overlooked by our new networking hub and cafe/bistro.

Improvements to LIP's green areas inlude the recent creation of Linear Park which will provide an impressive pedestrian access to the Park. 

Redevelopment of the nearby retail park and planned creation of an Academy will further enhance the Park's environment by establishing a green corridor through the Park.  

All the green areas of the Liverpool Innovation Park are maintained to a high standard to carry through the peaceful and serene environment to work in.
