Join business leaders at Gardner Systems, 1 Faraday Road, Liverpool Innovation Park on 15th June for breakfast at 08:00, presentations starting at 8:30, to hear how customer care is tackled at the airport. Robin Tudor, Head of PR , Peel Airports Group will give an insight into the challenges faced by a busy international airport in striving to deliver excellent customer service.

Following Robin will be Brian King, Managing Director of myPAlive! a 24/7/365 contact centre providing a people based response service to over 200 customers, competing successfully with lower cost overseas operations or automated services. Two very different perspectives on tackling one of the most important issues in business.

This timely event will also be an opportunity to hear Kim Griffiths-Parry, Head of Neighbourhood Employment Services speak about the free recruitment service the Liverpool Jobs Education and Training (JET) team offers to business and our new customer service training package we are offering to organisations looking to recruit new staff. Carol Crosby, Deputy Chief Executive, Liverpool Chamber of Commerce will also be promoting the Future Jobs Fund opportunity to businesses.
