Panacea’s workshops provide a back to basics look at each fundamental enterprise function, and support you in developing a structured approach to improving delivery (your cure-all) in that area of your business.
We are offering a range of workshops delivered by experts with small delegate groups to ensure that you get the support focus that you need. And what’s more, we follow up with you at your work place to see how you are getting on and what further support you may need.

Courses are targeted at owner managers, Chief Executives and Senior Managers, Trustees, Board Members of high gorwth private and social enterprises, and anyone else who is a decision maker in the topic area of the workshop.

Cost
All courses are £99 (+VAT) for the 2 half day workshops PLUS the follow up session (you must be able to attend both workshops). Payment in full must be made 2 weeks before each workshop start date. You are required to undertake a small pre-event exercise to allow us to tailor the event to your needs.
