As a start-up IT company we found moving into LIP very easy. The staff at Space Northwest couldn’t have been more helpful. They liaised with suppliers while we were setting up infrastructure & made the process as painless as possible.
Data Performance Consultancy Limited
Data Performance Consultancy is a Company whose main aim is to create enhanced communication links within larger organisations in relation to the co-ordination of service works, pre-planned maintenance and Key performance indicators. This process can also be expanded to full data control of maintenance services. It is Data Performance Consultancy’s ambition to create a system which will provide cost saving across the board, provide statistical data for management in terms of audits and monitoring and in turn help not only the customer but also the contractor in improvement cycles plus access for Insuring Bodies which will assist in reduced liability and also man hours lost in investigation works.
In relation to the Business it is hoped initially to integrate all aspects of documentation control for service based works from pre-planned maintenance visits to reactive call-outs, through to Health and Safety paperwork and Key Performance Indicators and to include all relevant Safety documentation and Warranties. Using a bespoke software package to store and analyse this data from call outs, maintenance and projects a team of analysts who will double up as call handlers will deal with the information and organize it in order to create a review system that will assist front line managers of large organizations in their own Monitoring process’s.
We can inform clients of specific non-conformance and also flag up potential repeat calls thus creating a very proactive approach to management. This in turn creates the potential for further savings, by looking at repeat calls we can see if this is engineer related rather than equipment and therefore assists the contractor also by looking at training needs or potential for more in depth investigations prior to a reactive response. We can top this up with statistical data relating to products themselves and create links with manufacturers to ascertain again if it is user error or product error. What this achieves is benchmarking and once we can generate enough interest across the broad spectrum of the public/private sector the information that we use becomes live data and will be used as information for all future contract positions and hence reduce consultancy costs right across the board and provide confirmation of best vale practices using this real time data
We can also accommodate all call handling if required, in turn making sure that the communication link is further strengthened, this means that allocation of job numbers and orders as a legal requirement are safely stored and easily accessed for each individual unit along with timestamps for response performance. This service is not exhaustive and we are looking at further improvements in data control to introduced later and we would also welcome input from our customers to develop the product further. We can also look at all contractual matters for the client providing bespoke contracts that provide solid protection for the customer instead of the contracts that are provided by the contractors which can be weighted in their favour.
