Commission scheme
We recognize that the best endorsement of the business advantage of locating at LIP is a recommendation from existing tenants. That is why we offer existing clients and selected partners an incentive to introduce prospective tenant businesses to us.
In return for a successful introduction, subject to conditions, we offer selected introducers the equivalent on one month of the new tenant's rental.
