The imminent redevelopment of Maxwell House will shortly deliver a central reception and cafe/bistro that will complement planned gym, creche, and hotel facilities.

Additional amenities available on the adjacent Edge Lane retail Park including a fitness centre, retail opportunities, and restaurants will shortly be upgraded to create a nearby leisure destination.

The amenties of Liverpool's vibrant cultural heart, central business district, and Knowledge Quarter are also only 10 minutes by public transport.
